Refund and Dispute Policy

At Pallas, we are committed to client satisfaction. Our refund and dispute policy is as follows:

  • All projects and services are subject to individual contracts agreed upon with each client.
  • Refunds and dispute resolutions will be handled on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with the terms specified in each client's contract.

  • We will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes amicably and to the satisfaction of both parties.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our business:

  • Cancellation terms are specified in each individual client contract.
  • Generally, clients may cancel ongoing services with written notice, subject to the terms in their specific agreement.
  • Any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed as per the agreed-upon rate.
  • Cancellation fees, if any, will be clearly outlined in each client's contract.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Services: Pallas provides software development and consulting services as outlined in individual client contracts.
  2. Payment: Payment terms are specified in each client contract. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt.
  3. Intellectual Property: Ownership of work product will be specified in each client contract.
  4. Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and projects.
  5. Liability: Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services rendered.
  6. Changes: Any changes to the scope of work will be agreed upon in writing before implementation.
  7. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement as per the terms specified in the individual contract.
